ABOUT THE PROJECT
What we delivered for Leather & Co.
Leather & Co. is a premium leather bag brand whose products spoke louder than their website ever could. They came to us with a beautiful catalog but a digital store that wasn't converting visitors into customers.
Over two months, our team reimagined every screen from the first scroll to the final checkout designing a UI/UX experience that mirrors the quality, warmth, and craftsmanship of the bags themselves.

ABOUT THE PROJECT
The Design Thinking Behind Leather & Co.'s New Identity
Our UI/UX team spent the first weeks deep in research studying buyer behavior, mapping pain points in the old checkout flow, and analyzing what stopped users from completing purchases. Every design decision that followed was rooted in real user insight.
The result is an interface that feels as crafted as the product itself. Clean typography, tactile imagery, and a guided shopping journey work together to build trust and gently move visitors toward purchase without ever feeling pushy.

PROJECT GOALS
The brief was clear: solve the conversion problem without losing the brand's premium soul. Leather & Co. didn't want a louder website they wanted a smarter one that respected the product and the customer in equal measure.
We focused on three goals: simplify the path to purchase, build instant trust through visual storytelling, and design product pages that answer questions before users have to ask. Every wireframe, prototype, and final mockup was tested against these benchmarks.
Working with Skystis Infotech on our brand's digital redesign was a turning point for us. They didn't just hand us pretty screens they understood our customers, our craft, and the kind of experience our buyers deserved. The new UI feels exactly like our bags: refined, intentional, and made to last. Their team listened, challenged us when needed, and delivered a design system we're proud to grow with.
